chest pain left side-kind of a dull ache in armpi, head/ears/nose, stuffed up, and migraines. i have gut issues but they are being looked into.ideas?

2 complex 4 shrt ans: Need to ask u many questions about chest and armpit Sx to parse out possible causes. Too little info to say whether or not your heart may be involved. Your doctor taking a complete history and doing a complete physical can definitely arrive at some answers.
