2 complex 4 shrt ans: Need to ask u many questions about chest and armpit Sx to parse out possible causes. Too little info to say whether or not your heart may be involved. Your doctor taking a complete history and doing a complete physical can definitely arrive at some answers.

a while now iv been getting head tightness/aching/burning/pins and needles sensations. All To the left side of my head on the scalp area. Local doctors think migraine. Only recently started feeling a cold wet sensation (same side). Neck aches too?
Migraine symptoms present. But no/mild head'ache'. Feels heavy and tight on left side of head. Worsens when exposed to sun. Feels dizzy when its dark.
Seizures(about 5) for the last 6 mo., rapid heart rate, chest pain directly between breasts, dizziness daily, dehydration, and head aches. Any ideas?
