I had a d and c on 11 january. i had spotting last week for two days. my period should be due this week... i think... i took a blood test and urine test and it shows negative. we are really rying to get pregnant. how soon will a positive result show?

Common: Irregular periods/spotting post miscarriage is very common. It reflects your body's efforts to recalibrate hormones back to normal levels. You are not pregnant. Normal periods typically resume between 4/6 months. Allowing several months after a D & C before you get pregnant allows your body to heal, your hormones to reregulate and your health to be optimal to carry a baby.
