Increased urination: Urination removes the liquid waste in your body. It is dependent on fluid intake, exercise/activity levels, body and environmental temperature and hormones. If urinating at night is bothersome, try these tips: Limit fluid intake 1-2 hours before bed, decrease salt intake at your evening meal, and urinate right before going to bed. Talk to your Dr about testing for diabetes or endocrine problems.
