Most likely prostate: Prostatic issues are most commonly in play. You could have a bacterial prostatitis, either chronic or acute-less likely, or benign prostastic hyperplasia (bph). Both are treatable and most likely. You need to see your doctor, who may also need to perform a prostate exam and order tests as well.
