Immunization: If you can have two vaccines against COVID-19 prior to departure, in two weeks following the last vaccine, travel is less risky. Otherwise, there is a higher risk. Social distancing indicated.

COVID 19: Social distancing can be difficult while traveling. Have you and your friends completed vaccination for COVID 19? Even if you have, it would still be important to social distance and wear masks. If you haven't, consider vacationing at a time when the pandemic is under better control.

Social activities: Assuming that your friends do not live with you, you are at risk to each other no matter where you go. Eating together would not be advisable, although sight-seeing outdoors with face coverings would be a safer option. Riding in a car together or traveling by airplane would be a calculated risk. Furthermore, after traveling, most states would require quarantine, whether or not vaccinated 2/2021
