She needs to see DR: Vaginal Itching, and sores could indicate that there is an infection. The most common infective agents are either a yeast infection which is characterized by white curd like discharge and itching, or an STD (bacterial vaginosis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis or HSV.) See a GP to do an initial exam and assessment. It may be easily treatable, but will require a prescription.
