Get tested for Covid: Covid needs to be ruled out, if symptoms of headaches and runny nose. Self isolate at home, wear a facemask if around others, cover your sneeze, wash your hands. Monitor for fever and Pulse ox at home. Supportive treatment with fluids, rest, Steam humification, in-room humidifier for nasal congestion. Contact doctor if cough, difficulty breathing, dizziness, chestpain, fever, rash or other symptom
