ALT: For many labs your ALT will be in normal range, higher level for normal up to 55-60. Over the counter meds, such as acetaminophen, alcohol and dietary supplements are notorious for causing mild elevations of ALT. Repeating labs may dissipate the anxiety and your primary care doc would be best to further go into detail having knowledge about your current health status and context.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of your results are a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
