Im not sure if its a bite mark, its very itchy and little burning effect, the itch is getting more intense, and has big red mark on my arm and a very very small dot, not sure if its a bite mark, how do i know if its a spider bit?

See dermatolo0gist: I very well be an insect bite, but you ought to be evaluated by a dermatologist to confirm and tx. There are different types of insects that cause different reactions on human skin. Some are more serious than others.
