Foreskin retaction: Foreskin should be loose enough to retract easily when you pull back on shaft skin, with masturbation or sexual intercourse. Foreskin may not retract automatically fully with erection when there is more than average foreskin length. Foreskin is normal as long as it retracts easily. Phimosis is when foreskin is too ticht to retract easily.
