Need more info: It could be a viral infection, including Covid-19. It is not feasible provide a more useful opinion without examining you and may be some tests. If your symptoms persist or get worse, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Pharyngitis: Either viral (herpetic suggested by your description) or bacterial pharyngitis appears likely and at a minimum an exam with swabs will be needed for a proper diagnosis and allowing for targeted treatment. Your GP would be your best resource at this point.

symptoms: Agree with Dr. Singh. This could have a number of different causes. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
