A member asked:

Aside from hematoma what could cause symmetric placed, same sized lumps on the medial crus in both nostrils. does the symmetric spot and size greatly disprove potential for malignancy? im not seeking diagnosis, im asking for hypothetical possibilities?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nasal lumps: I wouldn't think of malignancy in view of the bilateral, symmetrical involvement. Nasal polyps.don't seem likely as they are soft lumps that hang down from high up in the nasal passages. It's best to have an evaluation by an otolaryngologist.
