Would the odds of nasal septal lumps possibly being malignant, be lowered due to them being present in both nostrils and positioned symmetrically and of same size? could malignancy typically present in this manner? (hematoma ruled out by doc?

Biopsy: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may need a biopsy of the lesion and examination of the tissue by a pathologist. Wish you good health!

Unknown: The scenario you are describing would be uncommon, the only way to know is to do a proper diagnosis. You said a physician ruled out hematoma, but did the/she actually examine you, and was a tentative diagnosis presented? Go see an specialist ENT for examination, possible lab tests/biopsy, imaging. We can't diagnose you on this site, it's for general education/information. Please seek examination.
