Carpal tunnel?: It could be carpal tunnel syndrome where the nerve to you little finger is getting “pinched” where it passes through the wrist Check with your Primary Care or Neurology doctor

Ulnar neuropathy: Your symptoms are suggestive of ulnar neuropathy, which is essentially the nerve going to the last 2 fingers that is pinched somewhere along the way, elbow and wrist are common places due to anatomy. Best to start with your GP for an exam, based on which the diagnosis can be clarified. Addressing it timely is critical as untreated may result in partial loss of function in the hand.
