Hydration: Is key and not trying to force eat, as your appetite will come back during recovery. If reason to believe that is more than just food poisoning let your GP know also so that he or she would be able to make further recommendations. If unable to stand up or fluids not staying down using the closest inpatient facility would be best as you will need iv hydration at least.
