Winter Allergies: Allergies in the winter are very common place. Decreased indoor air quality (from having windows shut), people in close contact, etc all contribute. Try getting a HEPA filter for your home. Medications can help, including things like claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra. Rx meds include something like Singulair (montelukast). Talk to your doctor, and see what they think, and good luck!

See an ENT: to rule out chronic sinusitis. This condition is difficult to treat and does not always respond to antibiotics and nasal corticosteroids. See an ENT for professional treatment.
