Exam!: Most testicular lumps are harmless, but some are associated with a serious disease. There are various possible causes of a lump on your testicle including a varicocele, hydrocele, testicular torsion, epididymal cyst, hernia, testicular torsion & testicular cancer. I therefore suggest regular exams with your Family Doctor who will refer you for further exams if necessary. I wish you well!
