Yes: ACE inhibitors are notorious of increasing creatinine by reducing the filtration rate. In most patients the reduction combined with an increase in creatinine is not significant, while in others is significant and the drug should be discontinued and/ or replaced. Your treating doc will have the best view as sometimes further workup is needed.
