Is a solitary nasal polyp the same as a unilateral polyp?

Yes: If you have one nasal polyp it can only be on one side of the nose (which is in the mid line) therefore it must be unilateral ( on one side). Best wishes.

Nasal polyp: This repeats your other recent question. Basically they mean the same thing. "Solitary nasal polyp" means only one polyp was seen. Unilateral means you had it only in one side of your nose, not the other.
