What are nasal polyps and how can they get treated?

Inflammatory masses: Generally in response to allergens like dust mites, pollen, animal dander; not pre cancerous in great majority of cases. Usually not true polyps as may be found in colon, uterus. Rx usually involves treating allergy inciters and response. Nasal steroids often used, saline spray, antihistmines, sometimes surgery. Get rid of dust collectors, e.g. Carpets, old books, etc. Got pets?-a bigger issue.
