Hey, i'm having a very personal issue at the moment. i've had a persistent " tingling " feeling in my genital area, specifically the clitoral area that will not go away. its been over 24 hours ( i'm not aroused ). tingling can be felt in my left toes?

Neurologic exam now: With that constellation of neurologic complaints, a thorough physical examination and neurologic exam is indicated to make sure there is not a mass compressing the neural elements to the perineum and sensory nerves to the lower extremity and foot. Call your primary care or Gyn physician for an evaluation ASAP.
