Syphilis, herpes,: Most common causes of boil like lesion, painless in vaginal area are cysts: inclusion, sebaceous or bartholin gland.. it could be pus filled, painful bacterial infection of hair follicle. Definitely sexually transmitted diseases present with one or more bumps which may initially resolve but infection persists. Hence it is very important to go to the gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Bartholinitis?: Does "inner part" mean on one side of your vaginal opening? If so, you might have Bartholinitis, i.e. a Bartholin cyst or Bartholin duct infection. (The Bartholin glands produce sexual lubricating fluid.) Usually it's not due to STD, but gonorrhea and chlamydia sometimes are responsible. See your doctor; you can expect she will test you for STDs and perhaps prescribe an antibiotic. Good luck.
