Painful bump on inner vagina , i haved shaved and had unprotected sex but i know lost stds dont show up until after a week , what could be the problem?

Abscess but STDs..: ..are STILL a possibility. You might have some swelling due to the trauma secondary to shaving and/or the sex and may have developed an abscess as result. This needs to be evaluated and treated. Also, any lesion on the genitalia with a history of unprotected sex mandates STD screening. Go to an STD clinic or your Primary. Avoid sex if its painful or at least use a condom in the meantime.

Get checked: Get checked for STD's and learn better strategies for condom use from your public health service.
