Many possibilities: Enalapril, like any blood pressure medication, can cause dizziness. Monitor BP several times daily to see the range of readings. Omeprazole can cause taste disturbances but this is not common. More common causes of metallic taste in mouth include diseases of the gums and teeth, multivitamins and supplements, antidepressants, chemotherapy or radiation.

Metallic taste: Metallic taste usually indicates bleeding, but may be from gastric regurgitation. Do you notice any bleeding when you brush your teeth? Is it longer than 6 months since your last dental cleaning? Sour/metalic taste, dizziness, are also side effects of hour medications. Discuss this with both your Dentist and the Physician that prescribed or meds.
