?bronchitis: Six weeks of these symptoms may be due to bronchitis if are a smoker. Other causes could be pleurisy or underlying pneumonia. Time to get checked.

Sinus infection: You sound like you've developed a sinus infection or acute bronchitis - you should see your family doctor to see if a course of antibiotics is appropriate. Take your temperature: do you have fever? Are you producing phlegm, either from your cough or your nose? If so, what color is it?
