I noticed in certain positions my arm will have a muscle twitch or my leg. for ex, laying down with arm bent it will twitch but when in regular mode nothing. no pain. any reason for this?

Twitching : If it is happening there must be a reason for it. Keep a diary, get video and share with your team. You all can figure it out. Keep at it.
