One's ObGyn can help: A "set back" suggests that there have been past similar problems. Having delivered a baby a month ago, such symptoms can be post-partum depression... which Ob-Gyn doctors know a lot about. If one has seen a psychiatrist, make contact again. Medications may be needed. It is better to have a good mind and be on meds, instead of being psychologically impaired due to trying to avoid meds.
