I get red, inflamed bumps on the back of my hand a little bit whenever my hands heat up in a in closed space (ex: gloves or under my blanket). they dont itch, become very sensitive to heat before. i use lotion often, but this only happens in winter?

If you have pictures: From what I understood from you? Could be Allergy Or contact dermatitis Which means your hand a reacts to the leather or also very sensitive to pressure. But if we have pictures we can advise more.
