I sometimes get the cardiac arrythmia symbol on the electric blood pressure monitor for home use is that something for concern?

No concern: My first question is why would a 25 y.o. be checking blood pressure unless he was being treated for hypertension or there was a valid medical indication. There are many benign arrhythmias that are of no concern so unless you have symptoms , I would not worry and not check your pressure.
