Hard to comment: A petechial rash is a description not a dx. It just describes what happen when minor capillaries leak some blood near the skin surface. This can occur with some infectious conditions, reduced platelets, platelets not functioning right or inflammation of the minor blood vessels. None of the lab cited provides relevant information on a source. i would discuss it with the doc who knows your case well
