HFMD: This may be a viral infection called Hand Foot and Mouth disease. This disease lasts 7-10 days and is usually a mild infection in adults. There is no specific treatment. To relieve sore throat, gargle with warm salt water or suck on lozenges. Take Tylenol as needed. It's best to see a physician for accurate diagnosis and advice,however.
