My 11 year old son had a bloody nose earlier today and now he just had a little blood in his urine. only medicine he takes is cyproheptadine for migraines (not working though) . worried about the blood in urine! no other symptoms?

Lab testing: A disturbance in his clotting may be one possible cause. Avoid aspirin and Motrin, please see your pediatrician. Have a urine analysis and BP measurement. Discuss possible lab testing.
