Woke tuesday am with 7/10 uper l abdominal pain. dr did blood work nthng high w panc/kidney. did ultrasound wed am no stone.wed night pain moved 2 low r side. this am pain is 8/10 & ripping pain in low abdomen when peeing. no nausea or vomiting?

Abd pain : Pain with urination suggests that there is a urinary system problem. Ultrasound does not rule out a kidney stone (I am not saying it is a stone) . You need an evaluation by a doctor in person
