On 20mg cilift since 2014, now weening off - currently on 10mg the last 3 weeks. problems at work plus feeling teary and agitated. want to continue process as am not clinically depressed. pls recommend natural alternative that won't interact?

Citralopram ?'s: "Cilift" is an SSRI antidepressant, and tapering will incur such symptoms as described. There are no specific "natural alternatives" except for regular exercise with gradual increase in frequency. Ask your prescribing physician about alternatives for a more short acting SSRI medication which will also take much less time for weening off.
