No: “White tongue” usually means you’ve not been eating solid food recently (food scrapes off the white coating that normally forms on the tongue). “Thrush” is a fungus infection (Candida) in your mouth often associated with antibiotic use. If 4th gen HIV test is negative, you don’t have HIV. See a doctor if “thrush” continues - many other possibilities
