Lab testing: There is a CAP allergy panel test available by lab testing of your blood sample. Consider seeing your PCP first, and discuss possible triggers, with your PCP. This will help to guide the testing. If you have pets, dust, mold and pollen exposure, this should be reported. IN the meantime, rinse eyes gently with saline solution and avoid these common triggers as well as smoke exposure.
