It is said that dry eyes have no cure. is the entity " evaporative dry eye" curable? i have evaporation problem as per opthalmologist. i use mobiles and computers a lot. will using lubricating drops cure the evaporative problem ?

"Dey eye" cure ?'s: Evaporative loss of lubrication for eyes with extended computer use can be relieved by taking over the counter drops , but the extended periods of exposure to evaporation with computer, etc., use will still occur. Take more short breaks to reduce the effects of evaporation.
