Dry eye treament: Start with artificial tears as maintenance before your eyes feel dry. Use before using computer & during use. Buy pure lubricating drops without redness or itching reliever. That way, you can use the drops as often as you like. It may take a few days for healing before your eyes start feeling better. There are some other options your eye doctor would recommend if artificial tears alone doesnt work
