Medicaid/ ACA insurance plans are available for any pregnant woman in Arkansas. You will need it to pay for the delivery and for the babies post birth care. It would also help for you to have some kind of pre birth exam in case there are life threatening problems in your pregnancy. Go to https://access.arkansas.gov/ for the application portal.

You have to establish with an Obs-Gyn as early as possible and best would be to identify local resources, community clinic, etc that will be able to see you sooner rather than later. Once you are established with a doc, that specific doc will be able to discuss with you regarding options to treat your symptoms.
