I have sharp pain in my breasts when i unbutton bra at day end. no pain while wearing bra. the pain lessens afterwards. lymph nodes are found in altra sonogram in both axilla measuring 16.6* 5.8 and 15.1*6.7mm. what shall i do? i am 49?

It is important to follow up with the Dr who ordered the ultrasound. They will have the full results as well as your complete history and course and will be best suited to diagnose, and prescribe a course of action/treatment.

This sounds like a problem with your bra rather than your breasts. Underwire bras in particular are notorious for causing such problems. The lymph nodes are not a problem in themselves, but some follow up is indicated. You should have a mammogram if that has not already been done and should contact the doctor who has ordered the tests.
