No harm: I see no harm in one ounce of vodka tonight when you are only having local anesthesia for your dental procedure tomorrow. I know some will strongly disagree,however. It's your call. I assume you'll be eating a light breakfast tomorrow. On the other hand, do not have alcohol tomorrow after your tooth extraction.

Alcohol + surgery: If you can limit Nike to 1oz or less no less than 8 hours before the surgery, you should be OK. But I'm not your Surgeon. Disclose the exact amount of your alcohol intake and how much time between the time you finished your last drink and the time of surgery. Alcohol promotes bleeding. So talk to or Surgeon.
