I have been on a long course of monthly 3mg decapeptyl injections. it has stopped my periods for years but after my last 2 injections i have still had periods. what could be causing them?

While you don't say why you have been on the medication, its effect is to put you in a menopausal state. In that context the bleeding is "postmenopausal" and should be evaluated further. Uterine growths, either benign or cancerous are a concern.
