May be normal: Decapeptyl is triptorelin,a GNRH agonist used for the treatment of prostate cancer, endometriosis, and fibroids. Since GNRH agonists work by decreasing the production of testosterone in men and ovarian hormones in women, it is expected that they will cause the delay of periods and even after stopping them it can take time for the coordination necessary for regular periods to return.Hope this helps
