Health Anxiety: Thanks for letting us know that you have health anxiety disorder (previously called hypochondria). I would not come to the conclusion that the pulsations you noted are due to an abdominal aortic aneurysm. However, if you have IBS symptoms- has that actually be diagnosed or is it more a concern that you might have IBS?
