18 y/o, severe hypochondriac, hypertensive but receiving treatment. pulse in stomach, along with ibs symptoms. pulse most visible when lying down. should i be concerned of abdominal aortic aneurysm? never smoked. obese, but losing weight. bmi 31.9?

Health Anxiety: Thanks for letting us know that you have health anxiety disorder (previously called hypochondria). I would not come to the conclusion that the pulsations you noted are due to an abdominal aortic aneurysm. However, if you have IBS symptoms- has that actually be diagnosed or is it more a concern that you might have IBS?
