No.: Arteriosclerotic abdominal aortic aneurysms occur male/female 2:1, 60y/o+ specially if smokers although I have done coronary bypass surgery followed by repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm on a 42 y/o male, this is not common. People with collagen diseases can develop aortic aneurysms at younger age. Historically syphyllitic aneurysms have occured but other infectious organisms are more common.

Probably not: Aneurysms at your age are rare. In a normal, person we can see the pulsation, and feel the aorta. If there is family history of aneurysm then one might do an ultrasound- noninvasive test.
