I can see the pulse in my abdomen though i'm not skinny (normal weight, bmi 24). should i be worried about an aneurysm?

Probably not: Aneurysms at your age are rare. In a normal, person we can see the pulsation, and feel the aorta. If there is family history of aneurysm then one might do an ultrasound- noninvasive test.
