Patient portal: Laboratories are required to release the results to patients, as soon as the test results are verified. You may need to create an account with your provider's patient portal. Results of urine test are rarely critical enough for the doctor to call you personally. If you have infection, your doctor may prescribe antibiotics. Wish you good health!
