Get care, treatment: What should you do??? Seriously??? Of course see a doctor ASAP for diagnosis and treatment. Your symptoms are typical for gonorrhea, chlamydia, or other STDs. Do not simply visit a pharmacy or otherwise get antibiotics without professional diagnosis. That usually ends up in the wrong treatment and delayed diagnosis, with risk of complications -- especially infertility.
