Urethritis: The only known health problem from M. genitalium is nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) -- usually penile discharge, often with painful or uncomforatble urination. The identical symptoms are caused by chlamydia and gonorrhea, which are more common than M. genitalium. You cannot kkow or even guess which of these is the cause without getting medical care and diagnostic studies. Good luck.
