Took herpes swab test for hsv-1 and hsv2 on 1/15/21. they told me it takes 3 days and if positive theyll call me. i havent heard from them. are they required to call and tell me or call and diagnose me if its positive or can they just not call?

Possibilities: Licensed providers within the state of Texas are expected to provide timely notification of test results. The definition of timely varies. However, there are flaws in any system. They may/not have accurate contact information where you can be reached. Some results can only be provided directly to the person, not an intermediary. Call them back for your results.
