Translation: Localized pigmentation= pigmentation ( of whatever intensity or color) in one specific location, often described in further writing. In other words if I had an increased area of pigmentation found only within a 5cm diameter area on my shin it would be called "localized".

Bordered dark area : Skin pigment = skin color. Dark spots, brown or black are small area of skin pigment color. Localized means exact location.
